Services Provided


VIP Global Concierge provides airport concierge, meet-and-greet, fast-track assistance (where permitted), unaccompanied minor supervision, and optional chauffeured ground transportation. Services may vary by airport, airline, government regulations, and availability.

Booking & Quotes


All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitted requests constitute a quote request only and are not final until confirmed in writing and, where applicable, paid in full. Final pricing may vary based on flight changes, passenger needs, airport regulations, or additional services requested.

Payments & Fees


Payment terms will be provided at the time of confirmation. Service fees, expedited access fees, and applicable taxes may apply. All payments are non-refundable once service personnel have been assigned, except where otherwise stated in writing.

Changes, Delays & Cancellations


Clients must promptly notify us of any flight changes, delays, or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or forfeiture of fees. Services delayed or altered due to airline operations, weather, security protocols, or government actions are not grounds for refunds.

Limitations of Service


VIP Global Concierge does not control airport security, immigration, customs, airline policies, or government agencies. Fast Track or expedited services are not guaranteed and are subject to airport and authority approval. We do not guarantee boarding priority, immigration clearance times, or baggage release timing.

Unaccompanied Minors


Services for unaccompanied minors require advance notice, completed consent and authorization forms, and verified identification of authorized guardians. We follow strict safety and anti–human trafficking protocols. The Company reserves the right to decline service if documentation is incomplete or concerns arise.

Liability Disclaimer


VIP Global Concierge is not liable for missed flights, connections, delays, denied boarding, baggage loss, personal injury, or indirect damages resulting from airline actions, airport operations, government agencies, or events beyond our control. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight details, passenger information, and required documentation. The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client or their representatives.

Privacy & Confidentiality


Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain discretion and confidentiality consistent with luxury concierge and executive service standards.

Right to Refuse Service


VIP Global Concierge reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety concerns, abusive behavior, non-compliance with airport or legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
